The “Channels of St.Petersburg” is a musical declaration of love for the beautiful, fantastic city on the Neva River. Sail boat on the channels, divers under the humpback bridges. Suddenly, there appears the brisk summer rain, umbrellas open, someone is laughing in the crowd. St. Petersburg is a diverse city. Such is the piece — the music of contrasts.
