25 Little Stories for bayan (accordion) is a new cycle of pieces by Petersburg composer and teacher Artem Nizhnik. Basing on traditions of Vl. Zolotaryov, V. Podgorny, A. Timoshenko, A. Repnikov and other authors of bayan compositions for children Artem Nizhnik created colorful miniatures. Each one of them is a little story about an imaginary hero, weather or a funny incident. The pieces can be performed separately or united in a microsuite.
Current edition is intended for young children and children of school age, students of colleges and concert performers.
