Pieces and transcripions for Trumpet and Piano. Piano score and part

The compositions for trumpet, offered in this collection belong to the ones, peculiar for the instrumental music of the 19th century. Wilhelm Wurm (1826–1904), the soloist of the Mariinsky Theatre, professor of the Petersburg Conservatoire. The etudes belonging to his hand are still considered to be the base of the St Petersburg school.

All the material for this publication was taken from the collection of S. B. Bolotin (1912–1994), famous Petersburgian trumpeter, teacher and composer.
