He created many pieces for his beloved instrument, cello. Your attention is brought to the 3rd album of virtuoso pieces by D. Popper, the most often played on stage and in class: «Elves dance», «The Hunt» и «Concert Polonaise». As it is typical for Popper the pieces focus on brilliant virtuoso technique. There one would not find any drama, just dance and exuberance of real virtuosity.
