Russian Choral Music: Lermontov Settings

This exact publication continues the series of collections “Russian Choral Music to the Russian Poets’ Verses”. Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov is the master, whose lyrics keep fascinating mature composers and just music lovers. The composers of different generations, creative trends and schools took part in this project. The majority of choruses were already tested by the performing practice, while some were composed exactly for this publication.

The collection is intended for professional and amateur choirs; it may be used all over the world, for the titles are translated to English, while the verses are provided with underline Latin transliteration.
