Russian Piano Heritage. Polina Osetinskaya’s album

The new series of the Compozitor • Saint Petersburg Publishing House is addressed to a broad circle of musicians of around the world, professional and amateur, giving them the opportunity to enjoy the Russian piano heritage in line with the words of the outstanding composer Sergei Slonimsky: “True success comes to a work when it is studied not only in concert halls but also at home, at the piano”.

To ensure that the collections meet various tastes, we reached out to several world renowned pianists with the request to compile albums of Russian piano music that are particular to them.

We bring to your attention the first such album in series compiled and recommended by Polina Osetinskaya.
