Polionny V. Impromptus. Ballads for piano

The composer Vladimir Polionny (born in 1961) is the author of symphonies, concertos, chamber works, piano trio in particular. His works are performed and recorded to CDs (mainly in USA). 

The list of Polionny's piano works includes sonatas, large-scaled pieces, miniature cycles, 24 preludes and fugues.

Four impromptus and two ballads included in this collection were composed in 2002.
