Schmitt A. Technical Exercises

Aloys Schmitt (1788–1866) is the famous German pedagogue and composer, working in the first half of the 19th century. Schmitt is the author of many instructional compositions and exercises making for solving оne of the most important problems in the piano playing. The positional fingers combinations, introduced here, help organizing pianist's system, developing fingers' independence, agility and regularity. 

Short formu1as (1–2 bars) are the initial elements of music phrases or passages, changing rather mechanically each other without musical connection according to even combination complication. 

These exercises may be the kind of “toning up remedy” for performers, making for supporting pianist's thorough state.
