The proposed collection of etudes by the Gerrnan composer, Ludvig Schytte (1848–1909) is intended for those, who begin studying to рlау the piano. It consists of smal1 by their form 25 etudes ор. 160 and 25 etudes ор. 108.

The introduced etudes carry real methodical value, for they demonstrate the majority of fonnul.as (models) met in fine piano technique. Its training makes for the following: player's system organization; every separate finger's development and fingers' interaction; positional playing. Besides, both children's undeveloped hands' abilities and special psychological peculiarities (such as comparatively small capacity of memory and scanty emotional range) are taken into consideration.

Many of the miniatures have some definite musical and figurative problems, thus giving the сhаnсе to bring up diverse ways of phonation basing simultaneously on the artistic feeling.

The etudes should be transposed to different tonalities, thus helping the music thinking development.
