p align="justify"> The most famous works of Vivaldi in this genre are his four concertos, United by the common name "the Seasons". Concerti grossi is perhaps the most dynamic Baroque genre that developed along with a new school of the highest violin skill that spread throughout Europe. These concerts were so popular at that time that J. S. Bach made keyboard arrangements of many of them (concertos by Telemann, Reinken, Marcello, and Vivaldi).

Concerto grosso G-dur is one of the typical examples of a Baroque instrumental concert, offered in this edition in a technically simple version by N. Vygodsky, once a Professor at the Moscow Conservatory. Therefore, this work is intended primarily for the piano repertoire of students of the final class of the DMSH or music schools.
