Vavilov G. Moonlight for violin and piano

Guennady Vavilov (born in 1932) is the great composer being awarded the titles “People's Artist of Karelia”, “Honoured Art Worker of Russia”, professor of the Glazunov State Conservatoire in Petrozavodsk.Those were such distinguished figures as E. O. Messner, E. K. Golubev, O. A. Yevlakhov to have been his preceptors in the Moscow and St. Petersburg Conservatoire, which he graduated from in 1966. Since that time Vavilov lives and works in Petrozavodsk.
