This new musicological edition is based on thorough study of manuscripts and first copies of the works. The note text is followed by comments, information of the latest researches by prominent Bach researchers. In this series one finds Sonata in A major BWV 1032 with the reconstruction of the lost 46 bars from the 1st movement, as well as Sonatas BWV 1033–1035 with the new realization of basso continuo. This edition was highly praised in Russia and abroad. 

It was prepared by Tatiana Shabalina based on sources that are preserved in archives of Berlin State Library). Realization of basso continuo is offered in 2 options: for cembalo (pianoforte) and for viola da gamba (cello).

Since 1998 she has been working with Bach archives all around the globe. 

Tatiana Shebalina is the author of a treatise on Bach manuscripts— Manuscripts by Bach: keys to the core of the mystery, J. S. Bach Life and Work Chronicles. Many textological discoveries of international scale related to dating of his works were made by her.
