Pursuant to the new educational basic plans and the model program for the speciality “Instrumental Performance” (the major or abridged course depending on a student’s capabilities), the teacher can easily use the pieces of music from both the first and the third parts of the playbook for classes with the students and from the second part for classes with senior students. The third part includes pieces of music of advanced complexity designed to performed by the graduates of educational institutions, the prospective students and students of specialized secondary educational institutions (musical colleges and lycees).
With the purpose of mastering the melodic intonation and correct phrasing by the students, the playbook’s author introduced the marks of changing respiration (v) and edited bowings in all the pieces of music.
