XX-XXI century. In the course of the discussion, A. Krichevsky (General manager of the R. U. M.) Svetlana Tairova (General manager and Editor in chief of the Compozitor (SPb) Publishing house), V. Zaderatsky (Chairman of the R.U.M. musicologists’ guild) and A. Sladkovsky, Chief conductor and art director of the Tatarstan State orchestra expressed their opinions on the subject. Its core is in providing professionally prepared and published sheet music material (orchestra parts) of the most prominent symphonic works of the XX-XXI century to the Russian orchestras all over the country. Thus any Russian orchestra would be able to approach R.U.M. with the request and will receive a digital copy of the material (with the only condition that it exists at the moment) .

Till the end of the year R.U.M. intends to publish 5 works of the prominent Russian composers of the XX century:
     - 10th Symphony by N. Myaskovsky, - 1st Symphony by A. Lokshin,
     - Concertos by V. Zaderatsky,
